Annapolis Real Estate—State of the Market

Who says that real estate market is bad? The Hamby Real Estate Group Reports that since October 2007 the market has been robust! 2182 homes have settled or gone under contract within all price ranges from $4,400,000 for a home located at 2032 Ferry Farms Rd in Annapolis to 5317 BROOKWOOD RD for $100,000. This represents an average price of slightly above $415,000.

Michael Hamby, the Principal of The Hamby Real Estate Group stated that during the same time period his group put 11 properties under contract with a total value of $5,426,794 and listed 7 more with a total value of $4,488,700. Mr. Hamby also said that with a total real estate value of $9,915,494 his group is on target to have a record year!

The marketing efforts of the Group continue to yield positive results for both buyers and sellers. Mr Hamby reported that in the same time period his group had been contacted by over 400 potential buyers, a record for the Group.
