Cape St. Claire is also served by its own monthly newsletter, The Caper. The Cape St. Claire Elementary School and Broadneck High School are also located within Cape St. Claire.

He said 49 properties are listed for sale from $249,900 to $1,999,999. 6 homes are under contract, with a list prices from $289,000 to $4,999,995.
