HOME SALES: In the past 12 months, 20 houses sold in Annapolis Overlook, from $215,000 to $315,000, said Michael Hamby, Principal of The Hamby Real Estate Group of Champion Real Estate. He said 20 properties are listed for sale from $225,000 to $312,000. One home is under contract, with a list price of $275,000.
